TANAH DATAR, kiprahkita.net - Tanah Datar Regent, Eka Putra, emphasized the importance of synergy in advancing education.
This synergy, particularly between the local government and vertical institutions that organize educational bodies such as the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, is crucial.
This statement was made by the Regent while serving as the Ceremony Inspector at MAN 4 Tanah Datar in Sumpur, Batipuh Selatan District.
"Standing before you is a tangible proof of our attention and synergy with the ranks of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, considering that Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) is under its responsibility," he said on Monday (22/7/2024).
The Regent highlighted that this synergy is essential because the students studying at MAN 4 Tanah Datar are the future generation of Tanah Datar.
"My presence here is also to motivate you all that one day, you can all succeed, and perhaps even produce a future Regent from here," he continued, as reported by the Prokopim Section of the Tanah Datar Regional Secretariat, accessed on Wednesday (24/7).
To shape the character and mentality of a resilient young generation, the local government has launched the One House One Hafiz Program.
Currently, he said, education is carried out using the Merdeka Learning method, which guides students according to their respective talents.
"All this is supported by increasingly advanced technology. Here, the role of becoming a hafiz and hafizah is crucial as a self-fortress in facing the challenges of technological advancement and the times," explained the Regent.
The Regent also advised the students to become a strong generation, upholding and honoring the good name of their parents, community, and school.
Additionally, Regent Eka Putra congratulated the newly appointed Vice Principal of MAN 4 Batusangkar.
"With this mandate, the roles, duties, and responsibilities will undoubtedly increase. May those entrusted with this mandate fulfill it well and bring progress to MAN 4 Tanah Datar," he added. (edi)
