BANDA ACEH, kiprahkita.net - Acting Governor of Aceh, Bustami, has emphasized that Aceh is safe and open for investment.
According to Bustami, Aceh urgently needs investment as it offers significant opportunities to improve the welfare of its people.
Bustami made this statement during a visit by the German Ambassador to Indonesia, Ina Lepes, and Honorary Consul of Germany, Daniel, at the Aceh Governor's Office on Thursday (4/7/2024).
uring the meeting, both parties discussed various cooperation opportunities that could be implemented in Aceh to boost the region's economy.
"I hope for new opportunities for us at the western tip of Indonesia. The sooner, the better. We are open to cooperation in any field, be it environment, education, and others," said Bustami.
Bustami added that Aceh is a highly suitable region for investment due to its vast natural resources. Additionally, Aceh is one of the safest areas in Indonesia with a very low crime rate.
Meanwhile, the German Ambassador to Indonesia, Ina Lepes, expressed her interest in Aceh and agreed that Aceh is a safe and open region.
During the meeting, Ina discussed various cooperation opportunities for Aceh's economic development, including downstream natural resources, vocational education, and tourism.
Several heads of related SKPA were also present at the meeting to discuss various cooperation opportunities, including the Assistant for Economic Affairs and Development of the Aceh Regional Secretary, Zulkifli, the Head of the Aceh Education Office, Marthunis, and the Head of the Aceh Manpower and Population Mobility Office, Akmil Husen.(infopublik)
