PADANG PANJANG, kiprahkita.net – The Consul General of Japan in Medan, Takonai Susumu, Ph.D., visited the Diniyyah Puteri educational institution in Padang Panjang.
During the visit, Takonai Susumu was accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Takonai Ayako, and the Secretary of the Japanese Consulate General, Mariati.
The group was warmly welcomed by the Head of Diniyyah Puteri, Fauziah Fauzan El Muhammady SE.Akt. MSi, along with the Head of the Education Department, Laili Ramadani, expert staff, and the principals of MTsS DMP and MAS KMI madrasahs.
In his speech, Takonai Susumu expressed his appreciation for the educational innovations implemented by Diniyyah Puteri.
"I am very impressed with the various educational programs and study tours to Japan that Diniyyah Puteri has successfully implemented. These programs are not only comprehensive but also provide valuable experiences for the DP students," he said.
Takonai also affirmed the commitment of the Japanese Consulate General in Medan to continuously support and collaborate in improving the quality of education at Diniyyah Puteri.
"We are ready to provide full support to Diniyyah Puteri in their efforts to offer the best education for the younger generation," he emphasized.
Fauziah Fauzan, Head of Diniyyah Puteri, explained that the presence of the Japanese Consul was a significant step in strengthening international relations and enhancing the educational standards at their institution.
"We are very grateful for the support given by the Japanese Consul. This cooperation will strengthen our efforts to develop beneficial educational programs for the students," she said enthusiastically.
Following the speeches, the visit continued with a brief tour around the Diniyyah Puteri complex. Takonai and his entourage had the opportunity to directly observe the modern facilities and ongoing student activities.
Takonai also expressed his admiration for the students' enthusiasm for learning and their dedication to developing their potential.
The event concluded with a ramen meal together at Cafe Robot, followed by a photo session as a memento of this memorable visit. (mus)
