Prabowo Conveyed Seven Key Messages for Korpri

TOBA, kiprahkita.net The Toba Regency Government celebrated the 53rd anniversary of the Indonesian Civil Servants Corps (Korpri) on Thursday (5/12/2024) at the courtyard of the Toba Regent's Office. 

The commemoration ceremony, marking Korpri's establishment on November 29, was led by Toba Regent Poltak Sitorus, who read a speech from the President of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto.  

In his address, President Prabowo Subianto conveyed seven key messages for Korpri, which were shared by the Regent:  

1. Strengthen Solidarity and Cooperation: Make Korpri a symbol of unity, collaboration, and national stability through partnerships with all components of the nation.  

2. Encourage Innovation and Efficiency: Prioritize fast, cost-effective, and transparent services through digital technology and E-Government.  

3. Enhance Integrity and Discipline: Exhibit high integrity, discipline, and adherence to the law in every aspect of public service.  

4. Ensure Access to Nutritious Food: Support the provision of healthy food for vulnerable groups.  

5. Promote Energy Resilience: Transition to renewable energy, reduce imports, and increase efficiency.  

6. Reduce Poverty: Collaborate with relevant ministries on poverty alleviation programs.  

7. Maintain Neutrality and Loyalty: Civil servants must remain politically neutral and loyal to the interests of the people and the nation.  

After delivering the President’s speech, Regent Poltak Sitorus emphasized the importance of implementing these messages across all civil servants (ASN) in Toba Regency.  

Additionally, Regent Poltak encouraged ASN members to stay committed and continue upholding the PANJI to improve community welfare.  

“Do not retreat. If you have been entrusted with responsibilities, do not step back. It is an honor for you,” he stated.  

He further elaborated that PANJI symbolizes recognition, self-actualization, grace, a path, and devotion that must always be upheld.  

“Let us continue to improve ourselves to better serve the people,” he added.  

Following the ceremony, Regent Poltak Sitorus, along with Toba Regional Secretary and Korpri Chairperson, extended congratulations on Korpri's 53rd anniversary to all members, particularly those in Toba Regency.  

As part of the celebration, certificates of appreciation were also awarded to several civil servants in Toba who retired this year. (mctoba)
