President Prabowo Highlights Three Key Points

PADANG PANJANG, kiprahkita.net - President Prabowo Subianto emphasized three critical priorities during the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2025-2029 meeting, attended by the Padang Panjang City Government via Zoom on Monday (30/12).

The three priorities highlighted by the President include sustainable growth, poverty reduction, and the development of high-quality human resources.

These initiatives will be implemented across Indonesia and monitored regularly.

In his directives during the 2024 National Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbangnas), President Prabowo provided guidance to central and regional governments regarding the execution of the RPJMN 2025-2029.

"I aim for an economic growth rate of 8.0 percent. Strategies for poverty alleviation and improving the quality of human resources require contributions from all parties to achieve these goals," said President Prabowo.

The Musrenbangnas event was centrally held at the Ministry of National Development Planning/National Development Planning Agency (Kemen PPN/Bappenas) office in Jakarta.

This hybrid meeting—conducted both in-person and via video conference—was also attended by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who listened to President Prabowo’s directives.

Other attendees included all coordinating and cabinet ministers of the Merah Putih Cabinet, the Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI), the Chief of the National Police (Polri), the Head of the State Intelligence Agency (BIN), and senior parliamentary leaders from the MPR, DPR, and DPD. Several governors, regents, and mayors also participated in person.

Via video conference, echelon I officials from various ministries and agencies, along with regional leaders from across Indonesia, joined the 2024 Musrenbangnas.

From the Padang Panjang City Government, the meeting was attended by Penjabat (Pj) Mayor Sonny Budaya Putra, along with expert staff, the head of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), and other officials in the VIP Room of the City Hall.(*)
